UniversitetslektorJag är geograf med forskningsintresse för filosofi och teori om högre utbildning. Jag har många års erfarenhet av forskning, undervisning och administration vid flera europeiska universitet.
Undervisning
Jag undervisar på flera kurser i geografi och kulturgeografi. Bland dessa finns samhällsgeografi, kulturgeografi, forskningsmetodik, vetenskapsteori och vetenskapssociologi
Forskning
Jag forskar kring hur universiteten och den vetenskapliga kunskapsproduktionen skapar värde för samhället. Där använder jag mig av ett geografiskt perspektiv för att förstå hur mekanismerna bakom fungerar. Jag undersöker detta både teoretiskt och empiriskt.
Uppdrag
Jag är verksam som universitetslektor vid Lärarlyftet, som är ett samlingsnamn för den svenska regeringens satsningar på lärarutbildning och forskarskolor för ökad kompetens, som inleddes 2007 enligt Förordning (2007:222) om statsbidrag för fortbildning av lärare. Lärarlyftet omfattar behörighetsgivande kurser samt speciallärarutbildningar för lärare inom alla skolformer som har en behörighetsgivande examen.
